Information collected by our cookies is not stored with our customer’s personal information or order information. This technology allows us to provide our users with adverts and to inform about the offers and services that are suited to our customers individual tastes, using click-stream analysis (for example, adverts based on the fact that for the past days, only pumps have been browsed from all our range). Our goal is to tailor our online offer, and to provide our customer with the adverts that are most suited to their tastes and shopping preferences.
Our website uses what is known as re-marketing or re-targeting. We use this technology to make our online offer more interesting for you. Re-targeting means we can address customers that have already shown an interest in our store and our products. We strongly believe that more relevant and focused adverts are more meaningful to our Internet customers than the kind of adverts that are not personally connected to them.
We achieve this by analyzing the user’s previous behavior from the data collected by our cookies and making our adverts based on these results. This kind of information is also pseudo-anonymous, and no personal information or user profiles are stored.
