Shipping and Returns


Should the products purchased be not as expected, don't worry, you have 30 days to return them at no cost to you, and you will be refunded the amount you paid.

*Due to the exceptional situation of the last few months, the deadline for the return of all orders placed after 10 February has been extended to 21 July. As of June 21, the return period is again 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.

In most cases, products can be returned for free. Please check our "Geographical coverage, rates and shipment" section to find out the costs for each location.

Should you have any issues arranging collection of your products, please send an email to and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

It is currently not possible to carry out size exchanges at the moment. Please return your product and proceed to purchase the same product in the desired size. 


Shipment of products purchased at will be made via the shipping company DHL/UPS and shall be delivered between 1 to 7 working days, depending on the shipping method and destination of your order. Deliveries shall be made during the shipping company's delivery times.
In order to avoid any incidents during delivery (wrong address, failure to find anyone at the address stated, etc), you must complete the form below correctly including the contact number which is a compulsory field. We recommend you providing us an address insted of a PO box in order to avoid incidences or similar.

Orders may be tracked from UPS website using the order tracking number provided to you during the shipment process. It will state the location of the order at any one time until final delivery to customer.

Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice. Shipping costs to be applied will be those valid at the time of placing your order.

Important notice for delieveries outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Unisa will not be responsible for the payment of possible custom duties and taxes for the shipping of the goods if you live outside the European Union. This amount may be a fixed tax, a percentage or the sum of both, and it is calculated according to the regulations of each country.

Products shall be delivered to the delivery address stated during the ordering process. Unisa Europa S.A. shall not be held responsible for non delivery in the event of any errors when entering the address at the online shop. Unisa Europa S.A. undertakes to proceed to deliver the products ordered as soon as possible.


Exchanges and returns.

If, once the purchase has been received, you are not satisfied with it, you can return it. Usually you have 30 days to make a return, counting from the date you have received the order.

Unfortunately, we don't exchange products, but you can always return unwanted items for a refund, and then place a new order.

In the event of any manufacturing defects that may compromise the product's quality, Unisa accepts all liability to collect the product within the above period as well as to either repair or replace the item.

Please note that any products returned must be in their original packaging, and must not have been used or damaged and be returned from the country they were ordered the first time. If this proceeded is not accomplished this way, Unisa reserves the right to admit the return or not to pay the delivery cost from it.

All shipping costs arising from the return of one or more products shall be paid by us, as long as the product is received in good saleable condition including their original packaging. If the above requirements are not met, Unisa's online shop reserves the right to refuse the returned product. In certain countries (Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores and any other countries outside the EU) we are unfortunately unable to pay shipping costs for returned items. In this case, we will ask customers to send the product to a designated address at their own charge.

As soon as the returned order is received and checked to ensure that it's in good saleable condition, we shall proceed to refund the amounts corresponding to the returned products to your credit card, which shall be made available according to the issuing bank's terms and conditions. If the package does not meet the above return requirements, it will be refused. In this case, you will be notified and the package will be returned to the collection address.


For orders paid using the cash on delivery payment method, we will request your bank account details in order to refund the amounts paid. Refunds may take between 3 to 30 days to be displayed on your account, depending on your bank.

Unisa Europa S.A. reserves the right to reject any returns before or after these are received when made outside the established period or when articles are not received in the same conditions as they were sent.

Note: Customized styles are exclusive and manufactured on demand, so we do not accept changes or refunds. To make sure of the size and color you want, we recommend that you visit us in one of our Unisa stores.
