1. - ORGANISER:
UNISA EUROPA, S.A., which has its registered office in Polígono Chinorlet XB-56, 03649 Chinorlet-Monóvar (Alicante), assigned TIN A03779949, the owner of the trademark UNISA (referred to hereinafter as “UNISA”), has organised the free giveaways called “VILLA UNISA” (referred to hereinafter as “the Giveaways”) on the dates stated below, in accordance with the requirements that are established in these Terms and Conditions.

2. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEAWAYS:

• Be of legal age.
• Complete the form to gain access to the page that has boxes in the shape of hotel windows on the website https://www.unisa-europa.com/villa-unisa. Participants have to click on the box that is active on that day and provide their email address to take part in the giveaway of that day. All the required fields must be filled in.
• Geographical scope: all the markets that are active in unisa-europa.com.
• Time scope: Anyone who supplies their personal data in the form in the following time slots can take part in the giveaways:

· Giveaway on Monday 03/06/2024: between 00:00h and 23:59 on the 3rd of June, 2024.

· Giveaway on Tuesday 04/06/2024: between 00:00h and 23:59 on the 4th of June, 2024.

· Giveaway on Wednesday 05/06/2024:between 00:00h and 23:59 on the 5th of June, 2024.

· Giveaway on Thursday 06/06/2024: between 00:00h and 23:59 on the 6th of June, 2024.

· Giveaway on Friday 07/06/2024: between 00:00h and 23:59 on the 7th of June, 2024.

· Giveaway on Saturday 08/06/2024: between 00:00h and 23:59 on the 8th of June 2024.

· Giveaway on Sunday 09/06/2024: between 00:00h and 23:59 on the 9th of June 2024.


3.- PRIZE:
The following prizes will be awarded in each of the 7 giveaways:

• Giveaway on Monday 03/06/2024: the giveaway will consist in 1 prize of a €200 voucher to redeem for UNISA products in UNISA stores, as well as in the online store www.unisa-europa.com. The prize can be redeemed until the 04/09/2024, and it will also be valid to buy products that are on sale.

  The voucher can be used for one single purchase, by choosing various products until the amount of the voucher is reached. If the amount of the purchase exceeds that of the voucher, the winner can pay the difference using one of the accepted methods of payment.
  
  The voucher can be redeemed in UNISA stores in Spain, as well as in the online store www.unisa-europa.com.
  
  Apart from changing the size, these products cannot be returned, exchanged for another product or redeemed for money.

• Giveaway on Tuesday 04/06/2024: there will be 20 prizes in this giveaway; each one consists in 1 UNISA Home apron, made in ecolino, washable and very practical. This prize cannot be returned, or exchanged for another product or redeemed for money.

• Giveaway on Wednesday 05/06/2024: the giveaway will consist in 1 prize of a UNISA look for these holidays, which is made up of the following products from the UNISA SS24 collection: 1 pair of espadrilles of the model CACERES_24_JAR + 1 shopper bag of the model ZSHOPBAG_JAR + a hat of the model R_HAT. The winner can choose the size of the pair of shoes, if the size of the shoes chosen is not correct, they can be exchanged for another size, although this is subject to the stock that is available.

  If the size of the product or hat chosen has sold out, the winner can choose another similar model on the website if it is in stock.

  Apart from changing the size, these products cannot be returned, exchanged for another product or redeemed for money.

• Giveaway on Thursday 06/06/2024: the giveaway will consist in 1 prize of one pair of UNISA Custom footwear, which can be selected in the following link: https://www.unisa-europa.com/es-ES/custom/. The prize can be redeemed until the 30/09/2024. Once the order has been placed, the winner will receive the shoes within 4 weeks after having made the transaction. This prize cannot be returned, exchanged for another product or redeemed for money.

• Giveaway on Friday 07/06/2024: This giveaway consists in a prize of: · 1 stay for 2 nights for 2 people in the apartment called “Casa de Lujo en el Corazón de Sevilla”, located in Calle O’Donnell No. 2, 41001 Seville (Spain), anytime until the 30/05/2025, which is subject to the availability of the accommodation.

  The prize only includes the cost of the 2 night stay for 2 people, which is worth €500. Therefore, the prize does not include the travel expenses, meals or other additional expenses.
  
  · Additionally, the winner will also get a UNISA Experience, which consists in visiting the UNISA store in Seville, which is located in calle Sierpes No. 51, and the winner will be given 1 pair of UNISA shoes of their choice that are available in the store, which are worth a maximum RRP of €129.90.

• Giveaway on Saturday 08/06/2024: the giveaway will consist in 1 prize of a Custom UNISA bag that can be personalised. The prize can be redeemed until the 30/09/2024. Once the order has been placed, the winner will receive it within 4 weeks after having made the transaction. This prize cannot be returned, exchanged for another product or redeemed for money.

• Giveaway on Sunday 09/06/2024: the giveaway will consist in 1 prize of 12 UNISA products: 6 bags + 6 pairs of shoes, from any collection that is available on the Unisa website. The prize is subject to the stock/size available and the maximum amount is €129.90 RRP per product. The prize can be redeemed during 1 year, until the 09/06/2025. Unisa will cover the expenses of a maximum of 4 deliveries, 1 per quarter. However, if other expenses are incurred in sending the products (such as for example: customs duties, IGIC-shipping costs to the Canary Islands or similar, etc.), these will be paid by the winner. If the size chosen is not correct, this product can be exchanged for another different size, as long as it is in stock. The expenses incurred in changing the size will be paid by the winner.
  
  Apart from changing the size, these products cannot be returned, exchanged for another product or redeemed for money.
  
  The expenses incurred in sending the prizes will be covered by UNISA. However, in the cases where the size can be changed, the expenses incurred in returning the products and sending the new size will be paid by the winner.

4.- DRAW FOR THE WINNERS:
The draw to name the winners will take place at the head offices of UNISA, located in Polígono Chinorlet XB-56, 03649 Chinorlet-Monóvar (Alicante), by randomly picking out the winners on the following dates:

• Giveaway on Monday 03/06/2024: on the 4^th of June, 2024 1 winner and, also, 3 participants on a reserve basis will be named.
• Giveaway on Tuesday 04/06/2024: on the 5^th of June, 2024 20 winners and also, 20 participants on a reserve basis will be named.
• Giveaway on Wednesday 05/06/2024: on the 6^th of June, 2024 1 winner and also, 3 participants on a reserve basis will be named.
• Giveaway on Thursday 06/06/2024: on the 7^th of June, 2024 1 winner and, also, 3 participants on a reserve basis will be named.
• Giveaway on Friday 07/06/2024: on the 10^th of June, 2024 1 winner and, also, 3 participants on a reserve basis will be named.
• Giveaway on Saturday 08/06/2024: on the 10^th of June, 2024 1 winner and, also, 3 participants on a reserve basis will be named.
• Giveaway on Sunday 09/06/2024: on the 10^th of June, 2024 1 winner and, also, 3 participants on a reserve basis will be named.

The winners will be informed about the result of the giveaway by email. If any of the winners cannot be located within 2 days using the aforesaid means of communication so that they can accept the prize, or, if they specifically say they do not want it, for any reason, UNISA will select the participants on the reserve list in order.

Having accepted the prize, each winner will receive an e-mail explaining what they have to do to enjoy it and they have to reply to this email to confirm that they are happy to receive it.

If the prize of one of the giveaways is rejected by the winner and all those on the reserve list, this giveaway will be declared null and void.


5.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

All the personal data provided voluntarily will be used by UNISA EUROPA, S.A. (Data Controller) for the purposes established in the terms and conditions of the giveaway.

Participants accept that UNISA might use their email address to send them newsletters, sales promotions, etc.

The data obtained might be passed on to any of the entities that are involved in organising the sales promotion, to the Public Authorities in any of the cases legally provided for and to the Data Processors, where appropriate.

The interested party is entitled to request access to their data, have it rectified or removed, and also to restrict the processing of it or object to it being processed and its portability, by writing to Unisa expressing their wishes to the following address or by sending an email together with their DNI (Spanish National Identification Number) or an equivalent form of identification:

6.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY.

1. It is assumed that anyone who takes part in the giveaway fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. UNISA is entitled to change the Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway, either totally or partially at any time. It is also entitled to cancel it or declare it null and void if any irregularity is detected. If it does make any type of modification, participants will be duly informed about it on the UNISA Website.

3. UNISA is entitled to refuse to let participants take part in the Giveaway, if it believes that they are not complying with any of these Terms and Conditions. Any participant, who is excluded, for whatever reason, will lose all the rights associated with taking part.

4. Any improper or fraudulent use of these Terms and Conditions will result in the participant being disqualified from the Giveaway.

5. UNISA is exempt from any responsibility in the event that there is a mistake in the data provided, where appropriate, by the winners, which prevents them from being identified.


7.-APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any complaint made that is associated with the Giveaway must be put in writing and sent to UNISA EUROPA, S.A., for the attention of the UNISA Marketing Department, to the following address: Polígono Chinorlet XB-56, 03649 Chinorlet-Monóvar (Alicante), within thirty (30) days after the closing date for entries in the Giveaway. If any dispute arises over the implementation or the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and if this cannot be settled by mutual agreement, it will be submitted to the courts of Alicante.
