1. Put tour foot on a sheet of paper, in a standing position against a wall. -
2. Draw a straight line from the back of your heel and another one atong the longest part of your foot (do it with your both feet because the length in may be different). -
3. Measure the length between the Lines. This Length in millimetres witl match your size in the sizing chart.
