What is my credit or debit card's CVV?
Your credit or debit card's CVV are the last 3 digits that you will find on the signature field at the back of your card.
Can I print a copy of my order?
After completing the purchase process, you will be able to print or save the purchase order which shall be displayed on your screen. All your orders are also recorded in your user account and our database, so you will always have access to check the purchase order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Purchase orders are processed as soon as they are received at Unisa's warehouse; after processing, the package is prepared and the shipping company are notified. This process will usually take between 12 and 24 hours depending on the time and day of the week that you place your order. Delivery times can be from as little as 24 hours to 7 days, depending on the shipment method selected and the destination. You will be informed regarding delivery times and the shipment methods available in your country throughout the purchase process.
Where is my order?
Each order shipped from our warehouse will be assigned an order number. This number will be quoted in your order's invoice as well as in our website by going to "My Account" and checking all your registered orders. Likewise, you can use this number to get in touch with the shipping company,(MRW, UPS, DHL, Correos Express), or simply go to their website and enter the tracking number provided; except in the Canary Islands where your shipment will be handled by SEUR.
What happens if I want my package delivered to a different address?
During the purchase process, you will be able to select the destination address, so if you want to change it or simply have the package delivered to another address as a gift, all you will need to do is change the invoicing address when the option displays before completing your purchase at Unisa's online shop.
If the order has already been shipped, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to replace the delivery address, provided that the package has not been dispatched.
However, once dispatched, no address changes are allowed.
What guarantees are offered by Unisa online shop?
All our products have the Unisa quality guarantee. This is because at Unisa we carry out strict quality controls, both during our manufacturing process as well as on the raw materials used to manufacture our products.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a notification by email.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free in most cases. For shipments outside the free shipping coverage area, the cost will be calculated depending on the product's weight and the number of items to be shipped based on the shipping company's rates.

Can I remove a product from my order?
Yes. By logging into "My Account", you will be able to remove any products that you no longer want, as long as your order has not been completed. Otherwise, please get in touch with our "Customer Service" team.
Can I modify a completed order?
If your order has been already confirmed, please get in touch with our "Customer Service" team and, if the order had not been dispatched from Unisa's warehouse, you may still be able to modify it.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will need to contact us since it is possible that the package may have already been dispatched.
