What is my credit or debit card's CVV?

Your credit or debit card's CVV are the last 3 digits that you will find at the back of your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. In the case of American Express cards, these are the 4 digits located at the top of the card on top of the long 16 digits.


Where can I see my order details?

After completing your order, we will send you an email address containing your order details. Otherwise, you can login to "MY ACCOUNT" using your email and password and access your order details.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within approximately 1 to 7 working days, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. To check our delivery times, go to https://www.unisa-europa.com/en-GB/geographical 

If your order includes a customised product, these shall be delivered within a period of up to four weeks due to having to undergo a production process.


Where is my order?

Each order shipped from our warehouse will be assigned an order number. You may contact UNISA so we can inform you regarding your order status. Each order has a designated TRACKING CODE that can be viewed from the "MY ACCOUNT" menu. Click on the code in order to be redirected to the shipping company's website from where you can enter your code in order to track your order status at any time.


What happens if I want my package delivered to a different address?

If you want to modify your delivery address, you will need to do so from the "MY ACCOUNT" menu. Here you can add a different address or select an existing address to receive your order during the purchase process. If the order has already been shipped, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to replace the delivery address, provided that the package has not been dispatched. However, once dispatched, no address changes are allowed.


What guarantees are offered by UNISA online shop?

All our products have the UNISA quality guarantee. This is because at UNISA we carry out strict quality controls, both during our manufacturing process as well as on the raw materials used to manufacture our products. If you have any queries, please get in touch with our "Customer Service" team. Your queries will be answered as soon as possible. Likewise, please remember that we shall deliver the products as per the purchase agreement, i.e., those that correspond to the description made, including any potential specifications made by the User, and that meet the quality specifications of the products shown in our Website. We shall also deal with any non conformity arising upon delivery of the product provided that these are reported within two years from the delivery date.


If you have forgotten your password:

You must go to the "Login and register" menu, enter your email address in the section labelled I AM ALREADY A UNISA REGISTERED USER and click on "I have forgotten my password". Our system shall send you an email with a new password that can be changed to as soon as you login to MY ACCOUNT.


Checking that your order has been placed correctly:

You will receive an email immediately after completing your payment in order to confirm that your order has been saved correctly. You can also check all previous orders placed by logging into "MY ACCOUNT". If you have not received any emails, please get in touch with our "Customer Service" team.


How much are the shipping costs?

What can I do if I receive a faulty item?

We only sell products that are in perfect conditions so, if you are exceptionally sent a faulty product, please get in touch with our "Customer Service" team so they can advise you how to proceed.


What can I do if I receive the wrong item?

If due to an error, you have received an item that you had not ordered, please get in touch with our "Customer Service" team.


Can I remove a product from my order?

Yes, you can remove any items that you don't want to purchase during the purchase process, and provided that your order has not been completed. Otherwise, please get in touch with our "Customer Service" team.


Can I modify a completed order?

If your order has already been confirmed, please get in touch with us and, if the order had not been dispatched from UNISA 's warehouse, you may still be able to modify it.


Can I cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order, you will need to contact our customer service team in order to check whether your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it without any issues. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to proceed to return it once you receive it. You have 30 days to return or cancel your order without requiring any justification.
