EUROPEAN STANDARD TERMS OF DELIVERY

UNISA's products and/ or articles are available to be dispatched to the geographical areas shown below after applying the corresponding shipping costs also listed.

Our “Express Shipment” rates are based upon a specific shipping cost and depend upon the amount of items ordered during the purchase process.

In either case, your shipping costs will be automatically calculated and updated whenever you add or remove any products from your basket.

It shall be only possible to purchase a maximum of 4 items per order.

Below is a table stating our estimated delivery times and shipping costs for each country and shipment type. Please note that this shall depend on each shipment company's collection times and working days. Furthermore, delivery times may be longer than usual during sales and promotional periods.




In the event of customised orders, these shall be delivered within a period of up to 4 weeks due to having to undergo a production process.

Customs information: If ordering products from our UNISA Website for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to pay import tax and/or duties. In that case, these shall be charged upon arrival at the destination country.

Any additional costs arising from customs tax shall be borne by the recipient. UNISA has no control over these charges.
